Learn More about the FAB Facelift Developed by Dr. Alessi

The FAB Facelift is a revolutionary way to take years off of your appearance without surgery. This treatment, developed by Dr. David Alessi, uses a combination of the latest non-surgical enhancements to create dramatic results much like those of a traditional, surgical facelift. Our Beverly Hills office is your exclusive source for the FAB Facelift. While almost every cosmetic practice offers some type of non-surgical facelift these days, the FAB Facelift stands apart, with many of our patients saying that they look five to ten years younger after only minutes in our office.

The FAB Facelift isn’t just about achieving “FABulous” results. The name itself explains the techniques used for facial enhancement:
F – Fillers (such as Restylane®, JUVÉDERM® and RADIESSE®) are used to smooth out lines on the cheeks and around the mouth, such as nasolabial folds (extending from the nose to the mouth) and marionette lines (extending from the corners of the mouth down to the chin). These dermal fillers can also improve facial volume lost that can result in a hollow appearance in the face, below the eyes or cheeks.

A – Ablation (removal of surface layers of skin) is achieved through laser skin rejuvenation. We can use Fraxel®, Photofacial IPL, and other laser therapies in combination to encourage skin renewal for beautiful results.

B – BOTOX® Cosmetic is used to reduce wrinkles on the upper face, outer corners of the eyes (crow’s feet), between the eyebrows and across the forehead. By including BOTOX treatment, the FAB Facelift is actually more comprehensive than a surgical facelift, which only focuses on the lower half or third of the face.

Local anesthesia is applied to the treatment areas to maximize comfort. The combined treatment can be completed in an hour or less. Downtime is minimal, and our FAB Facelift patients will be able to see improvements immediately after treatment. Wrinkles treated with BOTOX will take a few days to diminish and skin tone should continue to improve as dead and dull surface layers of the skin are gradually replaced by new, smoother layers beneath. The FAB Facelift can address these and other cosmetic concerns:
Wrinkles on the cheeks and forehead and around the eyes and mouth
Deep vertical furrows between the brows
Hollowness in the cheeks
Minor skin sagging
Skin with sun damage, age spots, blotchiness, rosacea, or enlarged pores

Results will last several months before a touch-up treatment is required. Not all components of the FAB Facelift will need to be performed at each follow-up visit. For instance, BOTOX treatments may be scheduled about four months apart, while laser skin rejuvenation results may last a year or more.
